Refurbished	Previously used items repaired to OEM specifications for functionality. Items might show cosmetic wear.
Used	Item has been used, may have cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
For Parts / AS IS	Items that do not fully function as intended, are not fully operational, or are sold with all existing faults. No implied warranties apply.
End of Life	Products the OEM discontinues. Azmed-USA makes no claims or warrants towards the OEM’s End of Life designation.

All equipment and parts will pass functionality testing unless specified. The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

 

• Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations



 

• Return Process: If a return is applicable, please contact our customer service team. You might receive a RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number) before proceeding with the return. RGA# will be provided by contacting our customer service.

• Timing: We do not accept late returns.

• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. (Due to the sterile nature of many products, returns of opened consumables or used equipment may be rejected).
