All equipment and parts will pass functionality testing unless specified. The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

Return Process: If a return is applicable, please contact our customer service team. You might receive a RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number) before proceeding with the return. RGA# will be provided by contacting our customer service.

Timing: We do not accept late returns.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. (Due to the sterile nature of many products, returns of opened consumables or used equipment may be rejected).
The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the product. In no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or business interruption).
