6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return Process: If a return is applicable, please contact our customer service team. You might receive a RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number) before proceeding with the return. RGA# will be provided by contacting our customer service.

Timing: We do not accept late returns.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. (Due to the sterile nature of many products, returns of opened consumables or used equipment may be rejected).
